I notice myself feeling relief when I think “I don’t even care” or “screw it.”

Ideally, I want to stop buffering especially when it comes to getting my stuff done instead of buffering with distractions. I am feeling relief when I go into the “f*** it” mentality. What should I do in those moments I am exhausted and don’t really give a shit? How can I stop buffering when I’m not in the mood to care?
