I don’t get this.

I’ve been in SCS for a month now, but I don’t understand what I should be doing daily. Do you run a brain download just once a day every morning. Then you run a model and now you have a new thought to start practicing.

Or do you do it multiple times a day, and end up with multiple new thoughts you are supposed to be practicing.

I also feel like because I’m looking for thoughts to change, I’m constantly focusing on my negative thoughts and bringing up bad feelings. So I don’t feel good very often. I know I can’t feel good 100% of the time, but I would love to get to the point where I feel amazing some of the time and neutral other times, with a downfall every now and then. Is that possible?

I just feel like I’m constantly feeling the anxiety because I’m trying so hard to change my thoughts, which in turn sheds light and brings more focus to the negative thoughts.

Does Brooke ever teach about visualizing your goals? Have I just not got there yet?

I’d love to have a plan of what to do each day and how often.
