I Don’t Know How To Relax Without Food


I just was doing my post-overeating curiosity journaling and realized…I keep overeating on weekends (every weekend!) because I feel like weekends are for relaxing. I don’t know how to relax other than eating! Things that are supposed to be restful sound like too much work (walking, reading, going somewhere, etc) or make me feel lazy (tv, naps, etc).
