I was listening to a class Corinne Crabtree was teaching and she mentioned that sometimes it’s helpful to put your thought in the “C” line so I tried that:
C – I have thought, “I don’t want to work on the blog post.”
T – I should just push myself to work on it
F – Pressured
A – avoid working on blog post; buffer with TV, phone, cleaning during time I have set aside to work on blog post; tell myself I’ll start tomorrow or later
R – I don’t work on the blog post
Can you please help me work through this model? Thank you!
