I dont want to feel bloated anymore from overeating

A: eat more, feel bad for myself, upset that I keep repeating the same cycle

A: feel my feelings, allow urges rather than eat more food
R: Not feeling so bloated the next day

A: Write down my protocol, follow protocol, and allow urges
R: I do not feel bloated the next day

Right now my biggest thing is not feeling bloated rather than lose weight at this point – i’m bloated from overeating and not allowing urges – and my brain will say “its too hard” or “it doesn’t count if you overeat healthy food.”
