I feel I’m missing something


Hi Brooke,
March is my first month with SCS and I’m very excited to be here. However, i feel like I’ve come into a class in the middle of the semester. I’m doing this for weight loss, to start, and heard someone mention a calendar and some other things. What have i missed? I don’t feel like I’m getting weight loss focus.

My begin new things statement is ‘I am thin, fit and sexy as hell. ‘ So I’m good there. I understand the model now and will be using it regularly. What else should i be doing to get the weight off?
