I feel impatient. Do I have to change my thoughts and how can I do that?


My goal is to lose weight. I have several (good) reasons to reach this goal. I did a thought download and then I built the Model with these sentences. Now I’ve made a bridge-goal for the next two weeks (losing 4 pounds). But I feel impatient and “unsure”. I don’t find the thought creating the impatience. But I suspect that the impatience (uncertainty?) is being related with the thought “I’m curious to see if this works”. This is not really self-confident – is it? Do I have to change my thoughts and how can I do that?
