I Found My Thought Now What


I have been following the program and it has helped me to realize that I have been neglecting myself which created a lot of mind drama and problems in relationships. After unearthing this thought I felt a wave of relief and now understand that my job is to take care of me and my thoughts. Now that I have found problem and have an inkling of the solution (to use new thoughts in conjunction to taking action to not neglect my self & needs), how do I make use of the breakthroughs?
