A few days ago I was watching a call I missed and you and mentioned YOUR life coach by name. I know this wasn’t the first time you’ve done so, but a light bulb came on for me in that moment. I said out loud to myself “My life coach Brooke Castillo”. I became aware that all this time I thought of you as A coach and not MY coach. I had realized in that moment I felt unworthy to have YOU, Brooke Castillo, as MY coach. something clicked in that moment and my belief changed. I am worthy and you ARE MY coach. I can see how I was showing up before in ways that proved the thought I was unworthy. I know this is going to be a HUGE break through as I continue SCS. Just as the model has shown its accuracy….I know how I show up from here on out, is going to be A-MAZ-ING!

Fast forward 12 hours or so, I watched the August videos, and how you spoke on being worthy (WHAT??!!) I know my mind is in the right place for this months topic and from here on out!
