I was doing phenomenal with the Urge Jar and a strong protocol in May. I also was finally out of a funk and working well in my coaching business. Then I moved to a new house and it has been total chaos. I had set intentions to keep momentum and have a good move. I’ve fallen off on every front. I am off protocol at least once or twice a day. I have no motivation to work on my goals. I feel almost depressed. I’ve been self coaching but literally don’t know what is the best way up. Do I start with getting back on protocol or being productive with goals for my business or everything at once? Thanks!
