When I look forward to my future in order to be aligned and set goals, my thought is what is my intention? The underlying thought is I have no intention. Of course that leaves me paralyzed and stuck into the present. I have done my model but cannot find an alternative thought for my brain. Can you help me with a transition thought?

A: I run around in my brain, I am going into a loop, I am stuck, I keep questioning where I should go, I buffer with meaningless tasks. I do not pick something and try, I do not move forward
