I haven’t felt an urge.


Hi wonderful coaches. I started eating on protocol two weeks ago. I have already lost 1.5 kgs (I don’t have much to lose) but I have only had one urge during that whole time. I feel like I should be having more in order for me to learn how to process an urge. Am I doing this wrong?
