I just don’t feel like working on some days.


I have found the last few months that I’ve really lost my desire to work a full time schedule. I am fully self employed. I’d love feedback on one of my models:

C – work
T – I don’t feel like working today (and that’s a problem)
F – guilt
A – think about work all day, force myself into low quality work
R – I’m not that productive, I didn’t give myself the chance to explore what I really needed or wanted

C – work
T – I don’t feel like working and I can choose not to
F – empowered
A- I plan my workload for another time
R – I enjoy the day, rest and am more productive when I do return to work
