I need help with not buffering, not overeating and feeling on purpose in my journey of recovering from depression.


I need help with not buffering, overeating. Instead I want to learn how to feel on purpose. I am on day 2 , in the process of recovering from depression and taking tiny action steps everyday. My question is how do I feel on purpose? , be able to deeply feel all feelings?, which I cant now because I am depressed. How can I get regular help and support in my journey to beating depression here at self coaching scholars?
