Can you point me the way to “I should”?
I plan my day, then think the thought “I should go get my grandkids…” Then my thoughts go to all the shoulds, then to the guilt of not being a good grandma or mother in law…..
But the truth is… I like to take my grandkids, but I like to take them when I have something planned and when I haven’t should-ed myself into taking them…
How to turn those thoughts around?
