I’ve been exploring the content around beliefs, and I’ve found some I want to change.

I should___
I am a procrastinator
I can’t____ (Usually I cant not buffer or I can’t resist this urge)

I listened to the recent belief workshop, and the coach said to not focus so much in rooting out the old belief, but more on watering the new belief until the old belief withers on its own. Whenever I’ve changed my mind about something, that’s exactly how it happened. But I’m not super conscious on how it happened.

What are some “watering” strategies for nurturing new beliefs?
