Through the October Call about beliefs with Rachel, I discovered I still view my current weight as a problem.
I have been after a 10-15lb weight loss for about 2 years now. I grow so tired of thinking about it all the time and finally see that it’s viewing my weight this way that keeps me in a minimal amount of belief that I can actually lose it. My belief scale is like a shady 5/6 some days 7 where I think I can do it some days but it feels like there are more days it’s just a problem I want to go away.
I am starting to get curious about it more and understanding it though. I’d love some guidance on where to go from there on thought work as I want my belief to be 100% and I truly don’t want to see this as a problem anymore.
