I will store this as fat

Hi coaches,

Here is a thought that comes often at the end of my meals.

C: Ate food for dinner. Fullness scale +3
T: If I do not move go grab a walk, I will store it as fat
F: Urgency
A: Walk outside, check how is my belly feeling here and there, judge how I should have eaten differently
R: Waste a lot of energy and time

This model comes up even if I have a protocol done and I am eating according to it, as long as a sensation +3 fullness scale is there. The thought is backed up by thoughts like “I overate”, and “there is something wrong with what’s happening”

I am working on curiosity around it. Could you offer me some hints and perhaps a different thought you practice if you came across a similar situation yourselves? Thanks!
