Hi Brooke!
I’m a 29-year old female, 5’7″, currently at 274 (lost 9 pounds this month) and have changed my ideal goal weight about every other week because I’ve been overweight since I was 7 years old and never at an ideal weight as an adult. You’ve said to not look at the past for what you think you can be but towards the future with a whole new body. I have negative thoughts replaying in my head heard from other people about how lean or fit I could be. “Well you’ve been overweight a long time, don’t be disappointed when you can’t lose it all.”
I’ve thought “I would be happy with just being under 200 again” or “I guess 150 would be great” but I want to blow my own damn mind, Brooke, not just be okay. 🙂
