I have lost 16 lbs since I started my program on May 20th. This Monday I had a machine test for my body statistics. Everything looks perfect! My body fat, my metabolism level, muscles, and bones… everything is at a perfect level. Thank you very much for the program!
My physical coach told me that I do not need to lose any more weight, or fat (and the suggestion is to increase 1.5 kg fat). I originally set up my goal to lose more weight, 10 more pounds. And I found it is so difficult to lose the last 10 pounds. I have kept this weight for more than one month. Which goal should I choose? And If I choose my original goal, how to lose the last 10 pounds?
