Identifying my new problem

Hi Brooke,
I did the podcast exercise on Problems are Forever. I loved it! The problem I would like to get rid of (question 1) is worrying so much about what other people think. This creates anxiety, distraction, doubt. I’ve tried to show up more myself lately and that creates more worry about what other people think.

I’m having a hard time coming up with what my new problem will be if I eliminate this one.

You have talked a lot on the podcast about stopping people pleasing yourself and stopping worrying about what people think. Can you provide some insight on what the new problem might be. So far I’ve come up with: I might be unaware or feeling more disconnected from people. Or maybe having to really figure out who I am and how I show up as me (this doesn’t feel right. I do feel very aware of who I am). I’m afraid I’m thinking too small. Any input would be appreciated.

Thank you!
