Identifying second level thoughts.


I am new to the program and using the model. As I have started to make a daily habit of a thought download, I have found my mind states facts and skips over the feelings, it just submits more facts for evidence. One weight based example: I am fat. My mom is fat. My brother is fat. I have been fat for ten years. I haven’t tried to lose weight. I have gained weight with every pregnancy.

How do I model it, when the thoughts yielded from the circumstance are just additional circumstances. How do I get down to the real thoughts and feelings?
