In front of my family two days ago, I decided that I’m now a non snacker. I don’t snack. I eat and enjoy three meals a day.
Somehow that’s so liberating. It also helps to announce it outloud, in the presence of people who love me.
Is this a mind thing? Is it that easy?
I’m sure I’ll have moments… but so far, it feels so different than other tools I’ve used to change a habit that does not serve me!
