I just looked at my desk, where there is a neatly stacked pile of cards written out, my planner with my phone call scheduled in for 3pm, and my monthly workbook page turned to my unintentional and intentional thought patterns written out about “I don’t want to write letters.”
It is amazing to me how well this simple tool works.

R More resistance, rush of relief that I’ve “gotten out of it” that keeps me from writing letters
