IF and Bowel Movement

Brooke – do you take any supplements? I am not having a regular bowel movement. I am starting to track – so I cannot tell you how often, but I use to be very regular and now I can not go for days.

I eat 2 times a day, no sugar or flour. I believe I am fat adapted now losing 10-15 pounds initially and now 1-3 pounds a week. I am also not hungry and eating for fuel. I am adding more veggies.
