IF and sugar/flour


Hi there!
Your information is amazing…..but……hard for me to follow. LOL! Okay so I am struggling with giving up sugar and flour and IF. I mean my brain is working on every excuse in the book. Can I just do IF for a while then give up sugar and/or flour. I know your reasons for doing all. I do get it. I am struggling. I am willing to do IF though right now if that is beneficial.
My routine for several years has been to workout in the morning around 5:30-6:00. If I workout, I am hungry. If I don’t work out, I am not as hungry and can do IF.
Is it worth it to do IF and give up the workout in the morning if I am not totally giving up sugar and flour?
