is there, if any, difference for weight loss, fat burning, between eating window 12-6pm and 2-8pm? Same hours but different times. I’ve done the 2-8 pm pretty strict since start but sometimes feel full going to bed only 1,5h after supper. Would like to hear your view before changing.
Any difference between 6 or 8 hour eating window regarding weight loss? I’ve read some of recommended material but figure you have a lot of experience with yourself and clients.
