Habitual thought: “If I am successful I will lose my peace.” I’m having trouble finding new thoughts I can actually believe and feel. “I can have both success and peace.” is one I’d like to believe but I’m having trouble getting there. “If I am successful I will Gain peace.” might work for me. I’m not feeling the better feelings that new thoughts usually give me. Suggestions? Do I just practice these thoughts? Find another I can believe now? Both?
