IF not seeming sustainable


Hi there,

I have been intermittent fasting for two months now. The weight loss has been slow, but it is there and that is what’s keeping me going.
The problem I’m having is that I am absolutely starving until lunchtime, and therefore all I can think about is what I am going to get to eat and when.
I don’t feel that this level of obsession with getting some food in my body because I am so hungry is going to be sustainable.
I am eating plenty of fat and protein.
Do you have any tips?
