Thought: what a bitch, why did she not ever tell me before, her husband and kids like my dog.
Feeling:anxiety
Action: lash out, get others on my side.
Result: me proving that she is a bitch

T: she’s a bit crazy, but thats ok. We are all a bit crazy
She has had trouble setting boundaries and now she is setting one.
(Make it about me not her)
I got my feelings hurt by thinking it was ok and it wasn’t. I’m not going to try to change her.
