I have set an impossible goal for the quarter. Right now my thoughts about it are making me feel anxious. My main unintentional thought is: “I need to hustle way more in order to achieve this goal but I don’t have time to hustle the way I need to without feeling totally burned out”.
I’ve tried changing this to “I wonder what is the least amount of work I could do to achieve my IG?” but then I obsess over what actions to take because it feels like I have to pick the perfect actions that will get me the best result.
What is another way I can shift this thinking?
