I’ve heard different examples of people’s whys which helps me think up some of my own whys.
I need some coaching on making my why more powerful and effective.
So far from months & months of journaling or thinking about this, I come up with:
I want to
I was built for it (my body – movement arts)
It will be exhilarating to feel my body do this
It is exciting
It stretches me and challenges me and its fun
The thrill of it
I haven’t had the experience of these whys being so powerful they get me past the difficult moments.
