Ignoring what I "want"…work not sticking


Hi, I am having struggles with following the tools and listening to myself. My purpose is to stop overdrinking and lose weight. I have the plans, and a compelling reason. I also do the worksheets on thoughts that create and prevent urges. I also listen to the podcast. I am at 70 allowed urges. When it comes evening it seems as if I just ignore all of these things and start with a drink. Then once I’m off plan, I keep going because I figure I’m already off plan. Mentally I know what I need to do and I do have images of where I want to be. However I’m having a hard time having those images and who I really want to be stick. I would really appreciate some help.
