Just sharing a new belief that has been so helpful. I gained 10 lbs at the beginning of the urge jar series. My brain kept telling me, “you have not learned anything at SCS. You are worse off than ever. You will never change.”
I decided to believe a new thought. “I’m 99 % there.” With every urge allowed, I’m 0.1% closer. It feels so much better and now I am actually LOOKING FORWARD to an urge because I know I’m over 99% there:)
