I’m Addicted To Frozen Yogurt


I have been listening to your Overeating Workshop and it’s got me thinking. You advise to eliminate flour and sugar from your diet. I’ve been trying to lose weight and have already lost 30lbs. I have 18 more pounds to go. But my diet mainly consists of frozen yogurt. I fast often and eat very little and that’s how I justify having frozen yogurt as my main meal for the day. I don’t think it’s horrible for me, but it seems to take over like an addiction and I’m wondering if I should really take the big leap and eliminate it completely from my diet. I know I need to make some changes to my protocol. Or is it okay to allow myself just a little after a good meal? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
