I’m having less thoughts… am I doing it right?

I’ve been doing the Model and self coaching for over a year now and I find myself having less thoughts. I’ll be in a coaching session and the coach will ask me how I think about something and I blank… I have no thoughts about it… and I’m thinking “is this a good thing?” My mind is quiet. Peaceful. Things bother me less. Or am I not digging deep enough? Or maybe I’ve been listening to too much Eckhart Tolle 🙂
