A: cry, allow waves of grief, accidentally miss coaching call, buffer with all the things, text kids, look for evidence that kids don’t miss me and are withdrawing from me and prefer living with their dad full time, spin in confusion about whether to reduce frequency of my (distance) visits to them and my communications with them, don’t make a work plan, barely do any paid work, tell myself that they won’t continue to live with me part-time after virus crisis is over, tell myself that my kids don’t want or need me, try to help kids with schooling from a distance
