I’m new

I don’t know where to start. I watched info on the CTFAR and the 12 tools.

I also watched the orientation and am not sure how to pick my “one thing.”

I feel overwhelmed with many aspects of my life, and I think I should start with mental health or cleaning up my chaotic life before I tackle anything serious, because the intro stresses “feelings.” I originally bought this because I hate my job, so part of me thinks I should start there.

I’m feeling a bit paralyzed by what direction my life is headed, I’m facing empty nest soon, but I feel like if I cleaned up my life, including organizing, I would at least have a peaceful place to retreat to and focus on training without being like, “I should be cleaning my house right now.”
