When I’m not hungry?

So one of the unexpected things happening with my protocol, no sugar, no flour and an 8 hour eating window is that sometimes I’m just not hungry when I go to eat, especially my evening meal (usually around 7 or 7.30). I can eat the meal when I sit down to eat it but I certainly am not hungry.

I guess this is a good thing but I don’t want to skip too many meals nor eat crap later on at night. This reminds me of the past when I wouldn’t eat regularly and get into a spiral of unhealthy eating, sleeping too much, buffering with too much TV, not exercising, eating junk food, skipping meals and generally zoning out.

One of the good things about the new eating protocol is that I am learning how to eat enough without feeling stuffed or bloated. And I do think that the amount of food it takes to get there is reduced.

Should I eat a small meal anyway?
