So I’ve been on the Stop Overdrinking program for about a month. I’m doing well on my protocol but I’m noticing that I have the sensation of being tired almost all the time. When I was drinking, I think the dopamine was giving me lots of energy at night to tackle chores and tasks. Now I feel like I could lay down and sleep at any moment (even at 10:00 am).
I know I’m sleeping better but I’m curious if the sensation of being tired is me catching up on my sleep (after years of poor sleep) or is it dopamine withdrawls.
Is this typical? Any idea how long it will last?
