I’m struggling to create new thoughts around my weight and weight loss.

I have been overweight for most of my adult life, about a year ago I stopped stepping on the scale. I finally decided its time to deal with the extra weight which is why I joined Scholars. I finally stepped on the scale for the first time in a year and I am at my highest weight ever. I come from a family of over weight people of which I am the smallest. Here is my current model

C: Current Weight
T: Being heavy is okay, its normal in my family
F: Contentment, shame, overwhelm
A: Overeating
R: 265 pounds

When I try to create a more intentional model
C: current weight
F: Strong and energized
A: Feed my body healthy foods in the appropriate quantities
R: 10 Pounds lost

Is something wrong with my model? I cant seem to come up with a thought to ceate the results for my intentional model
