I have been stuck at a number with my weight.
I have been doing all the things. Eating more veggies, moving more, and doing everything I can. I have even moved to only eating 3 times a day… and still nothing on the scale!
I am including ice cream with either lunch or dinner. This is just because I find it is something to look forward to. I eat my veggies and protein (which is OK but not amazing) and then feel like at least I get ice cream after that is for ME.
