The feelings work this month is great! I have noticed that I do something very frequently that leads to negative emotions. I am creating conversations with people in my mind to see how something that is going to happen might play out. For instance, I have to confront an employee. I may play it out lots of times over many weeks before the actual thing happens. I scare myself and it doesn’t really help. Is this a bad habit? Is it worry? Either way, it would be much better if I can stop doing this. My model is
