I want to make my impossible goal to lose and keep off 45lbs by Oct 1st but wondered if you can help me with my 100 fails and what sort of things they should be.
I was thinking along the lines of:
1. go to a party with a buffet and don’t eat anything
2. commit to 30mins exercise every single day
3. Tell people I’m losing weight without feeling ashamed
4. keep my eating within a 4-hour window every single day
Are these the right sort of things, or am I missing the point…?
