Impossible Goal 2020 Take 2: Optimal Health


My impossible goal for 2020 is optimal health (mental and physical)

I have been working on defining measures of this and would appreciate feedback as to whether I should be more specific. Thanks!

I will know that I am at optimal health if I meet the following:
Never buffer
Actively manage my mind on a daily basis
Am active (exercise or yoga/stretch) 6+ days per week
At least 85% of the time:
– Feel energized
– well rested
– fuel my body with nutritious food (85%+ of food volume is nutrient dense)
