My impossible goal is to plan my food 24 hours ahead and follow through. I can see how this is key to me losing the 15 lb that I’ve lost before but never kept off because I did it with restriction/willpower. So I realize in order to maintain the weight I want, I will need to work through all the CTFARs along the way. Therefore, I think this is an awesome impossible goal and will absolutely develop me as a person. I’ve identified all of the thoughts/excuses in my brain. Now I’m brainstorming the epic fails and planned actions and am looking for some prompting ideas with this.
