Impossible Goal


Hi! I have an impossible goal of losing 30 more lbs by the end of the year but I am confused about the fails vs. the actions. I am listing things in the workbook like, stick to protocol, try IF for a week, etc. but these seem like actions and not the fails. I don’t think it matters but I wanted to check because they seem a little different than your “fails” when the impossible goals has to do with business – which have to do with filling up a webinar and not have people show up eventually.
