Impossible goal action improving relationships

I just want to know if I do well.

Here is my practice of the day :

Thought download about our relationship:
” do I really want to be with him?”
“if I am only risking a negative emotion why not leave him?”,
“If I can choose everyone because i can control my feelings,why chosing him?”
“why i feel so bad ?”
“do I really want this?”
“what would I do when we will have more time together and I will feel as bad ?”

Now here is my model

r : no concrete project in our relationships and that emphasize the doubt

Thought that I want to believe :
t: I want to be with him because I love him.

t : I choose him because its unconditionnal love is a precious gift

t: I choose him because he has everything I want for a man

I cannot figure out strategy to overcome the previous thoughts ?

Now when I am tthinking the thought maybe he is exactly the one for me, I feel better. Should I beguin by this thought?
