Impossible Goal Almost Complete

After joining Self Coaching Scholars and setting my first impossible goal, it is almost complete which is so amazing! But, can you help with some intentional thoughts that will help serve me in bridging the gap between almost complete and complete.

I think the thought “my impossible goal feels possible now” is sparking an urge to set a new impossible goal since my current impossible goal doesn’t feel so impossible now.

Do I just do some self-coaching around thought management? Such as, tell myself… “Brain, I know what you’re doing. You are sneaky. You are trying to distract me. But I’m committed to my current possible goal until IT IS DONE.”

By the way, my current impossible goal is to reduce my body fat percentage to a certain number.
