Impossible Goal is career-related, but I’m having a baby, due 4/1.


My Impossible Goal is to get a full-time job, doubling my income, AND get an exceeds expectations (or equivalent) on performance evaluation at the end of the year.

C: Right now I don’t have a full-time job, I work as a consultant on a part-time basis.
C: I am due with my first baby on 4/1.
T: I can focus on my impossible goal in Q1, but in Q2, I will focus on the baby. I’ll never be able to do both effectively. Baby is obviously #1 once he arrives.
F: Defeated
A: Buffer, avoid applying
R: No progress

Can I create quarterly Impossible Goals? I understand that my Impossible Goal needs to be what I will focus on above all else.
